And as for iconized taskbar... You will need to apply it manually as I have described above (the 3 steps), and then when you want to reverse it back to default, just go to the same location in Registry as above, and delete the string that you created. The "MinWidth" string. After you delete it. Everything will be just as it was before. I hope that clears out the dilemma. If you need more help, feel free to ask.
